Bug Description

contrail UI:R3.1.1 build 38centos: vrouter interfaces down

Centos Liberty target , brought up using Server Manager

1) contrail-status on the target shows UP
2) During the sanity run, UI reports a virtual router interface as down
3) Please refer the attachment

Doesnt seem to be related to UI. Unable to reproduce as reported by Sundar. Feel free to re-open if it occurs again.
