Bug Description
When user selects a background that's not from the system background directory a copy of the file is saved in the local background directory.
If user has placed a wallpapers already there in a sub-directory and selects it then the file will be cloned and placed again in the local background directory.
Reproduce:
* Add a directory with a wallpaper in /home/user/
* Select it from the desktop plug (or set it as background via files)
