Enabling TripleO UI does not open required ports

Bug Description

After deploying the undercloud with the TripleO UI enabled, there are 3 ports that are not open, thereby resulting in the UI not being accessible.

The ports missing include:

* 3000
* 5001
* 8585

jtomasek indicated ports 5001 and 8585 may no longer be required. Port 3000 is definitely required. It seems ideal that a new iptables chain be created during 'openstack undercloud install'.

I believe only port 3000 is required indeed.
