Bug Description

I have ubuntu hoary on my laptop, a toshiba satellite 2004. I have compiled my
own kernel 2.11.5 without any problem, but i want to user ardour or other music
program which uses jackd fails.

loading driver ..
creating alsa driver ... hw:0|hw:0|1024|2|48000|0|0|nomon|swmeter|-|32bit
the playback device "hw:0" is already in use. Please stop the application using
it and run JACK again
cannot load driver module alsa

It's curious because with xmms make something similar and playing with input
plugins i can solve the problem.

Any suggestion?
