Bug Description

Trying to compile pypoppler-0.6.0 with poppler-0.6.2 installed, I get the following error message when running make:

popplermodule.c:9:26: error: glib/poppler.h: No such file or directory

poppler.h is to be found in ‎/usr/include/poppler/glib/poppler.h. I guess this may be a standard location.

Thanks for your help,

Pablo

Hi Pablo,

thanks for your bug report, I cannot reproduce this, I also have ask to others to try it out and it compile just fine.
/usr/include/poppler/glib/poppler.h is in fact a standard location and the include dir in poppler-glib points to /usr/include/poppler

Have you still got this issue?

Thanks

Hi Gian Mario,

I'm afraid that I still get this bug with version 0.6.1. It must be something in my python installation, because I can compile it copying /usr/include/poppler/glib/ to the compiling directory (pypoppler-0.6.1), but after installing it python is not able to find and import the poppler module.

I guess that this bug report should be closed (and I close it, since it seems to be invalid).

Sorry for the inconveniences and thanks for your help,

Pablo
