Need api for client to inhibit screen dim/off

Bug Description

It is common for application to want to prevent the display being dimmed/turned off - typical examples are in video players & games.

Mir needs an api for a client to ask this.

repowerd does have such an API (keepDisplayOn/removeDisplayOnRequest), see https://code.launchpad.net/~lukas-kde/unity8/screenInhibitions/+merge/308502 for its usage

I don't see why Mir is involved: repowerd manages screen dim/off. The only thing needed is "what's the current app?"
