Bug Description

I am not good at the mechanics or terminal (a user not a fixer)I have been using Linux since Mandrake days . I updated 14.04 64bit to 16.10 today and this the first new software I have tried to install and the bug reporter popped up. Sorry but I cannot help with any more of your questions.
