Bug Description

Hi,

If you insert an UPPERCASE records (like UPPERCASE.launchpad.net) in sqlbackend pdns return NXDOMAIN when you dig the record.
This bug is fixed in master, I think near https://github.com/PowerDNS/pdns/commit/79de0a8054e4430d508c7b2695136ac8d567bcdb#diff-99a4ce84ca0d0b9e40fa42f56f7c9ae2L50

ii pdns-backend-sqlite3 4.0.0~alpha2-3build1 amd64 sqlite 3 backend for PowerDNS
ii pdns-server 4.0.0~alpha2-3build1 amd64 extremely powerful and versatile nameserver

I've switch to official pdns repo with latest stable release (4.0.1-1pdns.xenial), bug is fixed
