Bug Description

Default 4min timeout sometimes is not enough for rebooting of the slave (see links below). We have to increase timeout (manual checks shows that all except timeout is fine)

Works since https://product-ci.infra.mirantis.net/job/9.x.system_test.ubuntu.network_templates/105/testReport/(root)/network_config_consistency_on_reboot/network_config_consistency_on_reboot/history/ snapshot #110, moved to Invalid.
