Bug Description
Currently there is only a 'snap login' command. There is no way to create an account from the client side, for example when setting up a new device for the first time, and no REST API to allow other clients to do so either. One must first register an account on the web site, which is difficult if the device you're trying to set up is your only means of accessing the internet and it can't be used without an account.
We need a REST API in snapd for registering an Ubuntu One account, to be able to complete the integration into online-accounts for the Unity 8 GUI.

Closing the packaging task, the task for the upstream snapd project is enough to keep track of this.
