Mirroring of packets from vrouter-agent to VM are dropped

Bug Description
Interface mirroring : the packets sent by vrouter-agent to VM (sent on pkt0) are mirrored with source address set with the vhost0 address (ping to gateway, service address). The receiving compute drops these as the source address is not present in the VRF. These should be mirrored with the VM address as the source.
Note that packets from other VMs are mirrored correctly.
