Bug Description
when i want to manage volume qos specs,i don't know what key-value i should enter. How about giving user some example in UI.
Reproduction Steps :-
1. Login to Horizon Dashboard
2. Go to : Admin -> System -> Volumes -> Volume Types
3. Click on "Manage Specs"
4. don't know what key-value should enter.
