Bug Description
Using juju 2.0, we hit a problem where using juju to ssh to a unit from a windows client; the terminal appears broken and TERM is set to dumb.
It would be nice to handle this a little more elegantly.

juju is being run from within a command prompt; ssh connection runs but terminal responds with:
-bash: line 2: $'\r': command not found
so this might be related to the default Ubuntu prompt trying to trying to retrieve information relating to the session.
