Bug Description
Environment:
Windows 10 64-bit
Reproduction steps:
1. Install 0.91 using msi installer
2. Try to install 0.92pre2 msi installer
3. Get error message as seen in screenshot.
Expected behaviour:
I should be able to run several versions of Inkscape in parallell, say e.g. 0.48, 0.91 and 0.92 on a single Windows machine. This is crucial for adoption of latest version, as the fallback on any missing/crashing feature means I can just use older version, without having to go through the procedure of uninstalling new, installing old, which is tedious, and likely result in me not installing 0.92 again for a long time.
