LXD armhf containers: qt tools packages are broken. Unable to build qt project.

Bug Description

I upgraded my ubuntu sdk to the current provided in ppa:ubuntu-sdk-team/xenial with success. Then I created amd64 device targets 15.04 and 16.04, and all my projects compiled well :). So I created targets for armhf 15.04 and I was unable to complete cmake stage. Even with image armhf 16.04. Going in the lxd container seems some qt dev tools are not installed: moc ... I was unable to install them with apt because they are missing or broken :(.
Finally I remove the ppa and I fallback the sdk to the one provided with xenial lts because I can't make any click package for armhf.

I retried with latest lxd container for armhf and it runs now.
