Bug Description

You can install intone and run it, but it does nothing, saying on the console output:

CRI<25359>:elementary elm_win.c:2858 _win_constructor() Software X11 engine creation failed. Trying default.
ERR<25359>:elementary elm_win.c:2994 _win_constructor() Cannot create window.
...

This is solved by installing package libevas1-engines-x after which it works fine.

libevas1-engines-x is in the Recommmends: list, and it didn't work for me because I have Install-Recommends turned off in /etc/apt/apt.conf

For normal users it should work OK.

There's an argument to say that it should be required not recommended, but upstream it's the same way. I'll take it up with them.
