Bug Description
Summary:
After selecting ellipse tool, user tries to draw ellipse, it actually draws a line
Version / OS:
Pinta 1.6, Linux Mint 18, XFCE 64-bit
Steps(problem):
1. in the "Tools" toolbox on the left, user selects "line / curve" button
2. in the tool property toolbar (top), user selects shape type: ellipse
3. user draws a line
Steps(workaround):
1. repeat steps(problem)
2. in the tool property toolbar (top), user selects shape type: ellipse (again)
3. user draws an ellipse
Actual:
user ends up drawing a line
Expected:
user draws an ellipse

I was fixing similar bug before. I think toolbar works only when some shape is selected. I can try to fix this bug also.
