ogre-contrib has a build dependency on nvidia-cg-toolkit. nvidia-cg-toolkit requires downloading the cg toolkit libraries from nvidia's website. The buildd machines are failing at downloading the libraries.

Resetting this bug to "Fix Released" as the source sync is complete. The FTBFS issue will be tracked separately (and currently appears on the FTBFS tracker (http://qa.ubuntuwire.com/ftbfs/). At first glance it looks like a missing build-dep on nvidia-cg-toolkit from multiverse, but I'll take a deeper look.
