Bug Description

Horizon in Newton allows to set allowed address pairs, which disables anti-spoofing for the specified IP-MAC pairs, but there's an API extension, called port-security, which allows to enable/disable the anti-spoofing for all addresses. It would be nice to have a switch in the "Edit port" dialog for this setting.

Here's the API docs, but strangely it only lists port_security_enable only at the response side:

I don't think it is a duplicate. #1453676 is about the network setting, this is about the individual ports.

Here's an already proposed patch, just gerrit didn't link it to the bug report for some reason.

Allow to specify port security when creating a port

    commit c886d8a2def188337e7768469b45dd51bc7f404e added a feature
to enable/disable port security when editing a port.
It sounds reasonable to allow this for port creation too.

Note that the current release note already covers this change,
so this commit does not add a new release note.
