Bug Description
I'm starting the Browser in Kiosk Mode with the command:
midori -i 10 -e Fullscreen -a http://
Everything is fine: No Navigationbar
When the "inactivity timeout" of 10 sec has expired, the page is reloaded and the Navigationbar is shown.
I'm expecting no Navigationbar even after the automatic reload of the kiosk (after the 10 sec)
The Option -e Navigationbar will not help. (With this Option the Navbar is shown all time)
Versions:
Midori: 0.4.3
WebKitGTK+: 1.8.1 (2.4.9)
Platform X11, Linux armv7

If it's any help, I don't see this happening with the newest (Webkit2) version of Midori. Have you tried using it too?
