magnum [keystone_authtoken] configuration incorrect

The magnum configuration template has incorrect entries in the [keystone_authtoken] section.

http://git.openstack.org/cgit/openstack/kolla/tree/ansible/roles/magnum/templates/magnum.conf.j2

The configuration should use names:

project_domain_name = default
user_domain_name = default

Instead of project_domain_id and user_domain_id.

Additional information as requested in the patch, when the kube master attempts to connect with the magnum service keystone rejects the connection with the error:

keystone-apache-public-error.log:2016-10-18 17:10:27.781438 2016-10-18 17:10:27.780 20 WARNING keystone.common.wsgi [req-8c09540f-aa2a-4102-9cf0-147077035070 6acf27d9cf3c440183856e4323982172 - - default -] Authorization failed. The request you have made requires authentication.
