upgrading package to gtk3 is possible

Bug Description

The version of Geany (and plugins; another package) is Gtk2, but a Gtk3 version has been available for quite some time. I have have tested it and compiled it for Ubuntu before. Please update to Gtk 3.

yeah... the gtk2 version doesn't even run on Unity8 without Xmir, gtk3 version should run native on mir, so please move to gtk3
