Bug Description

Ubuntu documentation "Time Synchronisation with NTP"
https://help.ubuntu.com/lts/serverguide/NTP.html

Where it says:

After changing the config file you have to reload the ntpd:
sudo systemctl reload ntp.service

the command doesn't work with my computer running Ubuntu 16.04.1 LTS, returns the following:

Failed to reload ntp.service: Job type reload is not applicable for unit ntp.service.
See system logs and 'systemctl status ntp.service' for details.

However the following command works:
sudo service ntp restart

Please consider correcting the documentation.

Jim
