source code appears to be missing .qrc / .ui files

Bug Description

Unless they are being generated somewhere (that I am not seeing??), the .ui and .qrc files, used to generate some of the source code (including some binary-blob-ish qt object files) are missing from this distribution. This seems to be a pretty important part of the corresponding source code: editing the code at the ubuntu level is always going to be hard to merge with upstream efforts(assuming they have these files), if possible at all without them. Also without the qrc files it's not exactly clear what files are being loaded, which makes mnemosyne hard to audit.

For what it's worth, mnemosyne 1.2.2 had at least some of these files: this is a regression since trusty.

For what it is worth, upstream has indeed these files in the Mnemosyne repository.

(cosmic appears to have 'em all, though perhaps it's worth doublechecking none are missing)
