Event times in indicator did not update after switching timezones

Bug Description
I have some events for the day in the indicator. I landed in a different country, and updated the timezone in System Settings on my Touch phone.
The calendar app correctly shows events in my calendar in local time.
But the indicator still shows the day's events in my previous timezone.
