After installation 5.1 I have pop up "libgnutls-30.dll is missing"
Re installation didn't helped
I have windows vista

After unzipping - problem is fixed.
On windows 10 everything was OK, just KO in vista.

Now solved.

I uploaded a new setup to be tested and to confirm everything is now fine on Windows below 10 edition !
