Install and configure in Installation Guide (Debian)

Hi there,

Enhancement:

Before adding Keystone DB, set a new password for MySQL:
1. mysqladmin -u root password 'NEW_DB_PASS'
2. Installing Keystone should used -t jessie-backports, if not fernet_setup will not be recognized by keystone-manage
ie: apt-get -t jessie-backports install keystone ; including python-openstackclient
