Installing ubuntu mate crashes says drive fault

Bug Description

It was reading sda as sdb, so I used repair disk. It seems to have corrected it because I opened up gparted and it was showing SDA correctly Trying to install ubuntu mate it crashed saying the drive my be faulty

Yes, your drive is failing; you will need to replace it.
