Bug Description

In patch https://review.fuel-infra.org/#/c/20000/ jobs 8.0-pkg-install-centos and 8.0-pkg-install-ubuntu are failing for unrelated to the patch reason. They are expected to pass, because the fix is unrelated to them.

@bbobrov 2 notes on this bug:
1. fuel-build team is responsible for pkgs build system, you can use #infra channel to contact them.
2. To fix reported problem (we have newer pkg version in our repos) you have to put proposed patch on top of the latest merged commit (I have made rebase for you).

This bug is fixed since tests [1] are not failed at the step of the previous failure [2]
