Create a EMC Unity Fuel Plugin project in /Openstack

Plugin name: fuel-plugin-unity

Plugin functionality overview:

* Install multipath-tools and set multipath.conf accordingly.
* Install unity driver in cinder.
* Configure '`cinder.conf' to enable Unity as one of cinder back-end.
* Restart cinder and nova services to enable all above.

This repo will be created by a special tool named Jeepyb. This tool woorks in automatic mode. I need to send to openstack-infra@ ML a letter with a request to add me to the core group. I'm going to do it immediately.
