Python cudet can not find update-master-node.sh

During swarm run with update repositories [0] there were an errors at every thread [1]:

DevopsCalledProcessError: Command 'update-prepare update master' returned exit code 127 while expected [0]
 STDERR:
bash: /usr/share/fuel-utils/update-master-node.sh: No such file or directory

The command is called from python-cudet package.
Which package should provide `update-master-node.sh`?
