Bug Description
When you export a portfolio / account via HTML, you can decide whether to include comments or not.
You do not have that option for Leap2A and they are just exported (that was added some time ago). However, we should leave it up to the person whether they wanted comments included or not.
Not having comments included is beneficial for exporting into a different instance of Mahara when moving organizations for example.
