Bug Description

Get that error from a terminal when reporting an issue:

oem@u64:~$ ubuntu-bug wine-development
oem@u64:~$ Created new window in existing browser session.
[25397:25441:1012/184132:ERROR:nss_util.cc(809)] After loading Root Certs, loaded==false: NSS error code: -8018
[25513:25513:1012/184132:ERROR:broker_posix.cc(41)] Invalid node channel message
^C
oem@u64:~$ ubuntu-bug apport
oem@u64:~$ Created new window in existing browser session.
[26655:26700:1012/190737:ERROR:nss_util.cc(809)] After loading Root Certs, loaded==false: NSS error code: -8018

note:
- chromium-browser 53 is already loaded on a gnome-shell session
- the terminal command is ran, and a new tab is opened (as expected)

I'm reporting against apport because it happens when i use it; but the problem could be elsewhere: libnss and/or chromium. So i let you decide about the real affected package(s)
