Bug Description
Murano fails to upgrade with following error: publicURL endpoint for application-catalog service not found
kilo defined endpoint is application_catalog
mitaka defined endpoint is application-catalog
fix/workaround is to add '- include: register.yml' to upgrade.yml
subsequently
delete from service where type='applicati
