Bug Description
To Reproduce:
1. Check for updates in AppCenter and see that updates are available
2. Go to the cli and update packages via apt
3. Go back to AppCenter and see that it will do an update search and says that updates are still available
Expected Result:
AppCenter should search for updates and find none
