ubiquity crashed during "entire disk install" (Ubuntu MATE 16.04.x daily, ppc)

Installing Xenial from todays daily (11.10.2016) crashes ubiquity on my PowerBook G4 5,6.

Tried installing a second time now (manual install) and realized the crash is happening during the language pack install phase.

The crash also happens if installing with default English language.
