Cannot delete files mounted by gvfs

Hello, after the last update of pantheon-files I'm not able to delete files and folders in subdirectories from remote folder mounted by gvfs (FTP in my case). When I try the same operation in Midnight Commander, I'm able to delete whatever.

$ dpkg -l | grep pantheon-files

Update 12.10.2016 - More information:
The same situation when I try to replace file or paste file(s) or folder(s) from my local disk to remote location. Everything works right when I use mc.
It looks like some permissions issue because I'm able to change and save content when I make some changes in the remote file by my text editor.

OS information: fully updated 0.4 Loki, primary system language is set to Czech.

With previous version of pantheon-files everything worked correctly.

When I try to delete some file or folder:
Cannot remove files from here
You do not have permissions to change this location

When I try to paste some file or folder:
Cannot paste here
You do not have permissions to change this location

In my opinion the pantheon-files does not use the gvfs credentials but try to use the local user credentials.
