[murano-pkg-check] does not check changes in namespaces in the Classes folder

Bug Description

Bug description:
Correctly murano-pkg-check do not check correct changes in namespaces in the Classes folder in some app. But after this changes deploying such app will not be successful.

Steps to reproduce:
1) Install murano-pkg-check
2) dowlond some app and change in the Classes folder in namespaces(https://github.com/openstack/murano-apps/blob/master/WordPress/package/Classes/WordPress.yaml#L14 change com.example to something will be fine)
3) create zip file and check the package (murano-pkg-check yourapp.zip)

Actual results:
no errors was found

Expected results:
error in the namespaces will be found

After detailed investigation I found that any changes will not be checked. If yaml file in the folder Classes exist murano-pkg-check will not find any errors in it(yaml file can be empty).
