Need to update Fuel docs link to redirect to 9.1

Bug Description

Hi, Roman,

 https://docs.mirantis.com/openstack/fuel/ redirects to 9.0 docs. Could we please change it so it redirects to 9.1?
https://docs.mirantis.com/openstack/fuel/fuel-9.1/

Also, could we change the robots.txt file https://docs.mirantis.com/robots.txt It's not allowing Google to index 9.1 docs currently.
