fflas-ffpack binaries were removed from Debian in bug #840195

We believe that the bug you reported is now fixed; the following
package(s) have been removed from unstable:

fflas-ffpack | 1.6.0-1 | armel, mips, powerpc, s390x

------------------- Reason -------------------
ROM; FTBFS on some architectures and blocking migration to testing
----------------------------------------------

There doesn't appear to be any progress in the upstream bug:
https://github.com/linbox-team/fflas-ffpack/issues/45

Can we remove fflas-ffpack binaries for powerpc and s390x in Ubuntu?
