Bug Description
Hi guys,
I just noticed that vmware-server feisty2 did _NOT_ build because the buildds were not able to fetch the Packages files for the partner archive.
After some investigation James informed me that the dists/ directory is not updated atomically and that we can expect this to happen from time
to time while we wait for a long term fix in bug 139135.
Can we please workaround it in cron.daily for the time being using the copy-dists hack?
