Cannot change file/folder's name in Chinese, Korean and Japanese

When I right-click an file or folder, select "Rename", and change its name in Japanese, it doesn't applied.
This problem doesn't occur when I rename in English.

Using 0.4 Loki + Files 0.3.0.2 (+ Fcitx)

I was able to reproduce this problem.
This can be improved by the installation of packages fcitx-frontend-gtk3.
but installation of fcitx-frontnend-gtk3 may have an impact on other apps of elementary OS,
are not currently installed.

In the present situation is the solution means to substitute the other file manager.
If you installed the fcitx-frontend-gtk3, Files (ファイル) can operate normally:

    sudo apt install fcitx-frontnend-gtk3 (Restart required)

but in this case, it does not function fcitx input is part of the elementary OS applications. (ex. Scratch)
This must be replaced by other applications.

Japanese users will standard adopted fcitx-mozc. (Affected by the Ubuntu 16.04 LTS)
So, I was also installed fcitx-anthy, this was also the same state.

Furthermore I was successful in the Japanese input in uim-anthy.
but Files even in this case could not reflect the input.

This is I think that is affected in other languages, is it just a matter of Japanese?

Oh, really? If the case of Chinese works normally, it shows that this problem maybe occur only in Japanese.

I was able to see the encounter of the bug by Japanese input specific key operation.
The Japanese usually performs the following operation.
- Conversion of the Kanji - Space or 変換 key (This is Korean and Chinese is the cursor key)
- To determine the sentence - Enter key (Apple keyboard: return key)

It seems characters entered is not reflected by the ENTER key.
If I were to further enter the characters from here, the character was then entered into before is reflected.
エレメンタリー[Space or 変換]オーエス[Enter] -> Only エレメンタリー will be reflected.

We have to input an extra word to avoid this problem.
Example: A case want to rename "エレメンタリーオーエス"
エレメンタリー[Space or 変換]オーエス[Space or 変換]の[Enter] -> エレメンタリーオーエス
"の" is any word.

Japan users often use fcitx-mozc currently. (It is the default Ubuntu 16.04 LTS)
For this reason this report assumes that are using the fcitx-mozc.

Sorry - that was the wrong branch! It fixed a similar problem in Slingshot. There is a work around for Files - use Ctrl-Enter to select the CJK characters. I'll try to find a full fix.
