installer crashed at the and of the process

After installing language packages, the installer chrashed.

It happened as well with Ubuntu 16.10 installer. I've figured it out, that the error is most probably caused by on the hard drive installed Windows 7 (in legacy mode) and the installer started automatically in UEFI mode. Although there is a warning about this, would not it be still possible to create an EFI partition anyway?
