Bug Description

In reviewing the puppet code, I noticed that the eql_chap_password is pulled from the hiera key cinder::backend::eqlx::eqlx_san_password, https://github.com/openstack/puppet-tripleo/blob/master/manifests/profile/base/cinder/volume/eqlx.pp#L46

But the THT templates configure eqlx_chap_password, https://github.com/openstack/tripleo-heat-templates/blob/master/puppet/extraconfig/pre_deploy/controller/cinder-eqlx.yaml#L63
