Total update size is being reported incorrectly

Bug Description
To Reproduce:
1. Go the updates view.
2. See that AppCenter checks for updates.
3. Note the size of the update. (In my case, 60k)
4. Close AppCenter and go back to the update view again.
5. Update size has now doubled. (120k)
6. Every subsequent visit to the updates view will increase the total update size by 60k.
Expected Result:
Update size is reported correctly.

Also noticed that this only happens if the AppCenter is running in the background (appcenter -s). If it's not then the size is calculated correctly.
