Fail to sync calendar from account ... Forbidden

Bug Description
After OTA13, everything went ok, calendar added shared Birthday calendar from my google account, everything synced. I was happy.
Today I added a birthday to one of my contacts (on web) and tapped sync on my phone calendar. A popup came up with message "Fail to sync calendar from account <email address hidden>". Interesting, cause contacts and emails are syncing ok.
Found this in ~/.cache/

I deleted the whole <email address hidden> account, restarted the phone. Then added account to contacts, synced, ok. Added account to Dekko (email), synced, ok. Added account to calendar app, synced ... failed with the same error (see attached log). No calendars were imported, no events shown, nothing.
Result? There is nothing in my calendar app, not even list of calendars to sync from google account (only standart Personal & Birthdays).
My device: bq Aquaris E5 HD Ubuntu Edition, Ubuntu 15.04 (OTA-13)

hmmm ... strange
today (7.10.2016) at 9:09 calendar sync passed, found all my calendars and synced successfully.
until 19:56. From this time syncing fails, as before.
until 20:04. Sync is successful again ...
Sometimes it fails, sometimes not ...
Maybe google has some limit for time between calendar syncs.
