Bug Description

I can't to use the OS, after suspend, because the screen is black. Ctrl-Alt-F1 to start CLI doesn't work.

I can confirm the same problem: sometimes after suspend I can't log in. Black screen, no way to get to the console. Reboot is necessary. This thing also happens sometimes when plugging/unplugging external screen using VGA port. My laptop is Dell Latitude E5550.

This is not a duplicate. From 2 of 3 times, system doesn't get to log in screen. Just a black screen. Sometimes it turns the lights on and off, but only a hard reset helps.
