Property KeystoneCredential0 is not assigned

When trying a deploy from the UI, the deploy fails early with "Property KeystoneCredential0 is not assigned." This was previously reported in https://bugs.launchpad.net/tripleo/+bug/1626422 but the fix only made it to the client, not to tripleo-common (in the future the client will also use tripleo-common but this is in-progress: https://review.openstack.org/#/c/375544/ ).

We need to generate these passwords in the tripleo-common workflow as well.

    Add the KeystoneCredential0 and KeystoneCredential1 parameters

    These were added to tripleoclient recently and were not included
    in the recent password refactor [1]. This change also sorts the
    parameters alphabetically to make it easier to read.
