Bug Description
I see many repeated log entries, examples below.
First, there is clearly a problem in our code if we register a rack controller multiple time in a second. Something is being done wastefully or incorrectly.
Second, I think this is likely over-zealous logging. Perhaps this would make more sense as [DEBUG] level logging, but just touching base between controllers does not warrant an INFO log.

Accepted maas into yakkety-proposed. The package will build now and be available at https:/ /launchpad. net/ubuntu/ +source/ maas/2. 1.0+bzr5480- 0ubuntu1 in a few hours, and then in the -proposed repository.
