Finnish Lakes not apt for Empire

Bug Description

Test-played "Finnish Lakes" in 8126 and found this map is not suited for playing Empire because there are too few Stone resources and mountain availability is scarce for players Blue and Red.

Since I was filled with fresh play experience, I proceeded to modifying the map and rendered a version with added Stone resources in two extra small rock fields (mountain) for Blue and Red. Also I added a Stone field for the Yellow player and amplified a few Gold resources as I found it suitable.

This is a very nice map in a way but needs some justifications. Do you want me to supply a branch with my modified map? I have attached it here.

This is a very old map (from year 2007) and only the description was updated for build 19. So i am surprised that it is not playable. But personally i never played this map... so i do not have a meaning about it.

Just played 'Finnish Lakes' (the shipped one, not the one provided by Toptopple) as the blue player with tribe empire. Getting Marble can be a problem at this map, but with some management it can be solved. E.g. reducing target quantity for marble columns and manage marble input for the Stonemason. At least i won the game against the ai.

From my perspective the map does apt for empire, but may needs a hint: "Playing Empire you have to manage the marble resources very well."

If we make all shipped maps easily to play, they may get boring. I also wonder if all players reads the description and the hint of a map. Usually i don't do that :-S
